Music Lessons For All Ages
Summer Musical
Every year Music to My Ears & The Rohnert Park-Cotati Children’s Chorus bring the North Bay a fun special Musical theater experience for you to be a part of. Our philosophy is one that early exposure to auditioning, ensemble casting and live performance should be comfortable, educational, self-enriching and FUN! We pride ourselves in our unique program. One where any student willing to better themselves and their community through musical expression and participation, can!
Any student is accepted into our shows. Students are assigned their parts after the first week. Our program structures the audition process into the last day of the first week of class. This is so students first have a chance to learn about the auditioning process, bond with classmates, and have a positive experience with auditions (especially student who are new to auditioning or have had unpleasant experiences in the past).
Other notable fun things include;
- Marching in the Cotati Kids Day parade (in 2009 we took best parade entry!!)
- Performing at Spreckels theater
- Students divide into comities to learn more about the marking of a show
- Special t-shirts you keep
We love working with student to create an outstanding musical theater production. We have experience working with special-needs students and we encourage feedback to better our program. Come play with us, lets put on an awesome show!

In this six-week summer musical production, students will have the character building experience of putting on a musical. Singing, dancing, costumes, makeup, lights, sets; every student will get a chance to shine onstage! We are so excited to provide students a chance to make friends and grow through musical participation.
Join Aja & Kelly in their 3rd summer bringing musicals to the RP/Cotati community. Don’t miss this exciting chance to bring the whimsical comedy of the classic “Princess and the Pea” story to life. The performance will be at amazing Spreckels Performing Arts Center, July 30 & 31.
