Meet your fabulous guide, teacher, mentor and director extraordinaire: Sarah McDonald
Sarah has been dancing and acting around Sonoma County for over thirteen years. Most recently, she has been teaching and works on projects from Sonoma County down to San Francisco. She started her classical ballet training with Tamara Grose at Classical and Contemporary Dance in Rohnert Park and fell in love with ballet. Through high school and college she branched out into other dance styles and even found herself taking acting and other theater classes! After graduating, she started teaching, choreographing, and directing, often working with kids. Sarah has performed in full length ballets, musical theatre shows, and various showcases. Some of her favorite credits include the SRJC's "The Phantom of the Opera", "Dancing Poetry" at the Legion of Honor in SF, and many of Tamara Grose's ballets. When she is not working or performing, Sarah enjoys going to see live shows, and while she enjoys theatre, anything hard rock and heavy metal holds a special place in her heart.
